Eligibility for Hospice Services
An individual is eligible under the following insurance benefits: Medicare (Part A), Medicaid, Medicare (Part A) HMO, private insurances, and other types of payment. Our hospice care is available to patients who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness or end-stage disease and their life expectancy is six months or less if the disease runs its normal course and certified by the attending physician or the hospice physician are eligible for hospice care.
